Living in the Tampa Bay area has prepared me to be an expert in our local real estate market. Having moved here from New York in 1990, I've watched Tampa grow from a smaller town where I lived behind a farm to one with world class food, amazing outdoor life and fantastic culture.
Spending the past 25 years in Tampa Bay, I've grown familiar with so many different areas. I first moved to Clearwater in 1990 but after two years, moved to Tampa and I have been here ever since. I'm very much a local product, having attended school from elementary all the way to the University of South Florida, all right here in Tampa. I have also lived in many different parts of Tampa, having grown up in Carrollwood, going to college and staying in the New Tampa area, spend some time in South Tampa, before living in Westchase for the past 8 years. Now that I'm a resident of Seminole Heights, I feel comfortable in all areas of Tampa.
